THE PROCESS

  1. REQUEST A PROPOSAL

Whether you choose a Semi-Custom or full Custom design suite, each wedding is unique. This is why individual quotes for each wedding are offered. Explore the guides and fill out the enquiry form to initiate your proposal.

2. APPROVE PROPOSAL & BOOK 

For all Semi-Custom suite enquiries, expect to receive your tailored proposal by email within 2 business days.

For all Custom suite enquiries, I will contact you via email to arrange an initial consultation via Zoom to discuss your ideas and vision in detail.

All proposals will outline a detailed pricing breakdown for your chosen invitation suite. Upon approval of your proposal, a 50% deposit will be required to start the design phase.

3. REVIEW YOUR DESIGN PROOF

For Semi-Custom suites, a realistic digital proof will be sent to you within 5-7 business days. Unlimited design revisions can be made until you are happy with the final suite.

For Custom suites, you will receive multiple digital design options within 10-15 business days. We will work together at this stage until the suite aligns precisely with your vision.

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Once your approval for print is received, the balance payment will be required. Once received, the production phase will begin.

The duration of this process for both Custom and Semi-Custom suites will be between 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. Each piece of stationery you receive will be designed and printed in-house with great pride and meticulous attention to detail.

Once complete, your stationery will be shipped to you on a fully trackable and signed for service.
